dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this research were to study information technology (IT) management, students' competency in using IT, comparative knowledge, skill and integration of students and influence of management for learning development of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon's students. Quantitative method and survey research were used. The population of the study were bachelor degree level students and the number of sample was 380. The research instrument was a five point Likert scale questionnaire. Frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test ANOVA and simple regression analysis were used for analysis by using SPSS for windows program. Four aspects of IT management were studied ; 1) place and climate 2) quantity and quality 3) personnel and 4) services. All aspects were ranked at the middle level on the average. Number of computers and equipment connections, enthusiasm for service, IT public relation in services and students' assistant in IT using, study tour for IT outside campus and number of computers in library were low in scores. Students' competency in using IT for learning development in three aspects (knowledge, skill and integration) were at middle level. Some items were low in scores; website and homepage creating, e-book and e-journal and useful task project distribution. The study on IT competency of students' learning development in knowledge and skill showed that males were higher than females and computer owners and higher experience students were higher competency. The students in different faculties had different competency in using IT such as students of engineering faculty had higher competency than students of architect and design and home economics. The factors that influenced students' learning development in management aspects were ; connection equipments in computer laboratory and self-access, temperature, available of teaching aids, and CD-ROM multimedia in teaching for staff. Personnel aspect found to influence students' learning development were human relations, support for internet use, and staff's ability in using teaching aids and multimedia. For service aspect, service time in self-access room, wireless internet service and IT training out of class for students was found to have influence on students' learning development. "en_US
